Zili Pernambuco - Hostel Pousada was a delightful find during our two-month journey through Brazil. The well-decorated and cozy private room made us feel right at home. The staff, fluent in English, were incredibly welcoming and friendly, which isn't always common in this region. The attention to detail at Zili was unparalleled, from the comfortable beds to the spacious rooms and the inviting atmosphere. We enjoyed the various hangout spots, including games, guitars, and a book exchange, all adding to the charm of the place. The shared dorm was clean and spacious, not overcrowded, and the artistic decorations added a unique touch to the ambiance. The hostel's location was convenient, walking distance from the Aloisio Magalhaes Modern Art Museum and a short drive from Recife's Harbor. With a garden, shared lounge, and bar offering billiards and table tennis, there was always something fun to do on-site. Breakfast was a highlight, served à la carte for a satisfying start to the day. For those interested in exploring further, tours and ticket assistance were readily available. In conclusion, Zili Pernambuco - Hostel Pousada exceeded our expectations and provided a memorable stay that we would gladly repeat.
